Complex systems become trustworthy through rehearsal: repeated testing, human intervention, and visible revision.
The method treats a project as a changing arrangement rather than a finished object. Anchors hold its purpose; handrails set limits; thresholds identify decisions that require human consent. Through pilots, interruptions, and revisions, abstract intentions become protocols that can be tested in a building, an instrument, an interface, or a public program. The practice is visible across MEKENA NYC, the Meaning Stack, TEBR, and the Papazian Archive.
