A building can make care durable when shelter, production, gathering, and return are designed as one system.
MEKENA organizes the building as a gradient from private refuge to shared production and public gathering. Its spatial brief connects rooms, thresholds, environmental conditions, residency protocols, and partner support so hospitality can operate as more than temporary visibility. The project is presented as an active initiative: architectural and operational proposals are documented, while programming, impact figures, retrofit performance, and partnership claims must remain tied to their current verified stage.
